Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bourbon County helps boys and girls, most of whom are considered at risk and live in single-parent homes, achieve their full potential through long-term personal relationships with carefully screened and caring volunteers.

5K Walk/Run For Kids Sake 2010

Awards will be given to first overall male and female finishers and the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups:

70+, 60-69, 50-59, 40-49, 30-39, 20-29, 15-19 and 14 and under.

Individuals bringing donations of $100.00 or more will have their name put into a drawing for a prize worth $50.00 or more.

Enjoy an hour long ride on the Southeast Kansas and Oklahoma Railroad, inspect two restored Missouri Pacific Railroad depots, view the indoors and outdoor displays and museum collection.  April 17th, 2010.  ++If you would like to attend please contact the agency by April 1st, 2010 at 620-223-3489 to reserve your space and get travel arrangements. 

Big Brothers Big Sisters will provide a picnic lunch.

Museum grounds will open at 10:00am
Train time is 11:00am sharp!

You will be riding in vintage 1956 Budd RDC cars.
The cars are not handicap accessible. NO FOOD OR DRINK ON THE TRAIN!
